1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of Cosmos Darkroom, a SaaS platform for AI-powered astrophotography image processing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

Cosmos Darkroom offers an automated astrophotography image processing service including:

  • 11-step AI processing workflow
  • Deep learning noise reduction
  • Light pollution removal
  • Real-time image editor
  • Export in various formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF)

4. Nature of SaaS Service

Important: Cosmos Darkroom is an online service (SaaS - Software as a Service) that depends on a complex technical infrastructure including servers, internet connections, and third-party services.

Consequently:

  • The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues
  • We do not guarantee 100% service availability
  • Service interruptions may occur without notice in case of force majeure or technical problems
  • The service requires a stable internet connection to function

5. Limitation of Liability

Cosmos Darkroom shall not be held liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service
  • Loss of data or images due to failure or malfunction
  • Service interruptions, regardless of duration
  • Results obtained from automatic image processing

We recommend always keeping a copy of your original files.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your images. Processing your images does not grant us any ownership rights over them. We do not reuse your images for purposes other than the requested processing.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with access remaining active until the end of the paid period.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the service.
