Yes — Cosmos Darkroom works with any telescope: smart telescopes (Seestar, Dwarf, Vespera, Unistellar, Celestron), Newton reflectors, refractors, and any optical setup.

How long does processing take?

Most images are ready in 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on file size. Pro subscribers get priority processing.

Do I need a powerful computer?

No. Everything runs on our GPU-accelerated cloud. All you need is a web browser — works on any device.

5. Liability

6. SaaS Service — Warranty Limitation

Cosmos Darkroom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

As a SaaS service, we depend on many external factors:

Availability of servers, GPUs, and cloud infrastructure
Quality of the user's internet connection
Third-party services (NextAuth, Stripe, internet network)

The Publisher expressly excludes all warranties relating to:

Continuous and uninterrupted Service availability
Absence of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
Compatibility with all file formats and browsers
Achieving specific image processing results
Preservation, permanence, or integrity of stored data and images

In case of failure or interruption, the Publisher will make best efforts to restore the Service, but no compensation, refund, or subscription extension shall be due.

7. Data Storage — Disclaimer

The Publisher does not operate as a data hosting provider under applicable law. Temporary storage of images and processing results is an ancillary service provided without guarantee.

The user is solely responsible for backing up their original files and processing results. The Publisher disclaims all liability for loss, corruption, or deletion of data.

8. Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total aggregate liability, for all causes combined, shall be limited to the amount of the monthly subscription paid by the user at the time of the triggering event.

9. Force Majeure

The Publisher shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to: server failure, power outage, network failure, hardware failure, natural disaster, pandemic, government order, cyberattack, third-party provider failure, scheduled or emergency maintenance.
